Stage 1 of 4

Designed to specification

Every court starts with your requirements (the courts, specs, extras, site and usage) plus an initial assessment of the intended location for installation and groundworks. We translate it into engineering drawings and a bill of materials before a single piece of steel is ordered.

A short call to walk through the courts, specs and extras you want, the site and how it'll be used (club / school / council / commercial), alongside an initial assessment of the intended location for installation, groundworks and any other considerations. We follow up with the drawings, certifications and material schedules your planner or architect will need.

If you're not sure which system fits (Classic, Panoramic or Super Panoramic), we'll recommend one based on geometry, sightlines and budget.

You sign off on the specs chosen before anything goes into production.

Stage 2 of 4

Manufacturing & materials

Q235 steel, certified 12 mm tempered glass, Philips IP65 LED lighting, 304 stainless hardware. All cut, welded, galvanised and powder-coated in your chosen RAL finish.

Every component lands on a single bill of materials. Steel is laser-cut, welded and stress-checked before grinding and galvanisation. The frame is then shot-blasted back to bright steel and electrostatically powder-coated in your choice of 16 RAL finishes.

Glass is 12 mm tempered to ISO 9001, CE and SGCC, with polished edges and countersunk holes, securely and professionally packaged as an insured shipment of materials. Lighting uses Philips lamp beads (200 / 300 / 400 W, IP65) with anti-glare optics and phase-change heat dissipation.

Some courts may already be in stock in Ireland. If one matches what you want, the build is faster. Ask us to check current stock.

Stage 3 of 4

Delivery & installation

Lead time, transparent cost ranges, site-access planning, partners and insurance: everything you'd want to know before the trucks arrive.

Lead time:roughly a two-month shop-and-install window for bespoke orders, unless the court you want is already in stock at our facility, in which case it's faster.

Cost range: every quote is itemised against the bill of materials. See Pricing for the per-system base price; extras (canopy, branding, open-day coaching) are quoted on top.

Site access: we walk the site with you before the delivery window opens. Crane swing, truck access, pad readiness, drainage and all the components necessary to prepare the court for play are confirmed before shipment.

Partners: fencing installations are delivered by Irish Fencing, 50+ years in business, backed by their professional guarantee. Civil engineering and groundworks are delivered by established Irish contractors we've worked with on previous installs.

Insurance: all deliveries are insured in transit. On site, our installation partners Irish Fencing take charge of the site and responsibility as PSCS (Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage).

Open day, bring the players in

One step away from first serve. As an optional extra, we can help you launch the court(s) with an open day package: coach-led intro-to-padel sessions, equipment and event planning.

Every PadelCourts+ build can add an optional, paid open-day package. Our coaches run intro-to-padel sessions for your members, students, club newcomers or community guests, complete with rackets and balls for loan-and-play.

We plan the event end-to-end if you want us to: scheduling, sign-ups, a soft-launch invitation list, branded signage at the court, and social-ready photography on the day.

The goal is simple: first rallies on day one, not week six.

Tempered glass that takes 3–5× the impact of regular glass. Philips lamp beads with up to 70% lower energy draw than traditional lighting. Q235 steel, electrostatically powder-coated after a galvanisation pass.
